The FIA and the organizers of the Miami Grand Prix announced a change in schedules for the rest of the day in Florida, a consequence of a sprint race that has been raised.

Launched for the first time at noon local time (6 p.m. in France), the Sprint race was first interrupted by a red flag due to the dangerous track conditions and the lack of visibility caused by the rain. The test was finally able to resume half an hour later, allowing Lando Norris to win before Oscar Piastri and Lewis Hamilton after particularly animated debates.

Given these particular circumstances, it was decided to shift the rest of the program, including the F1 Academy race and other additional categories evolving between F1 sessions.

The FIA opted for a quarter of an hour, meaning that the qualifying session initially scheduled at 4 p.m. local time (10 p.m. in France) will not start at 4:15 p.m. (10:15 p.m. in France).
