After weeks of pressure and negotiations, an agreement was found, following the requirements of Donald Trump for compensation for American military and financial aid paid to Ukraine, since the Russian invasion in February 2022. Last Wednesday, on April 30, the American secretary of the Treasury, Scott Bessent, and the Vice-Prime Minister Ukrainian and Minister of Economy, Ioulia Svyrydenko “Economic partnership” in Washington. It is an American-Ukrainian agreement on the exploitation of natural resources, among other things, three strategic minerals: manganese, titanium and graphite.
