Vucic “was admitted to the military medical academy immediately after its landing” in Belgrade, said his cabinet, specifying that he would communicate “in good time” on the president’s state of health once obtained “more detailed information”.
In a “stable and satisfactory” state
Several hours after the president’s admission, cardiologist Dragan Dinci explained to the media that the president’s state of health was “stable and satisfactory”, allowing him to leave the establishment during the day. According to this general, chief of the army health management, Aleksandar Vucic felt in the United States “intense chest pain”, and American doctors then noted the “high” values of his blood pressure.

According to a newspaper close to the Serbian leader, a meeting was to take place at the Mar-A-Lago residence, owned by Donald Trump in Florida. He was taken from discomfort on Friday afternoon local time and made the decision to return to Serbia after consulting a doctor, according to national television (RTS).
In a video message broadcast on his arrival in Florida, Vucic spoke of “important meetings” with the highest officials of the Republican Party and the State. In addition, during a press conference in front of the Serbian media, he announced Thursday that he maintained his plan to go to Moscow, after the trip to the United States, to attend the 80-year commemorations of victory on Nazi Germany, despite European pressures.
