A departure after more than 20 years on France 2
Olivier Minne, 58 years old, has animated “Fort Boyard” on France 2 since 2003. With this longevity, he has the record for the greatest number of programs presented in the history of this famous summer adventure game. Ironically, it was he who announced the launch of the game, then called “the keys to Fort Boyard”, on the antenna in July 1990, when he started as speaker on Antenne 2 (the old name of France 2).
In addition to his summers spent at the fort, the host of Belgian origin has made the essentials of his career on France 2. He notably co-presents the daily game “Everyone has his say” since 2017. In the past, he also hosted the morning program “Happiness” in the 1990s, as well as several other games.
