Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, claim that a Beverly Hills dentist administered to Kanye West of the “dangerous” quantities of nitrogen oxide.
They believe that this has led to a chemical dependence which caused neurological damage and “mood instability” in the rapper. Andrew Cherkasky, lawyer based in New York, confirmed that his cabinet had exhibited the couple’s claims in a letter sent on May 1 to Dr Thomas Connelly.
This letter informs the dentist that a complaint for professional misconduct will be filed on behalf of the couple after a period of 90 days. “I can confirm that we represent Ye and Bianca, and I can confirm the authenticity of the letter sent today,” Andrew Cherkasky told Rolling Stone.
The letter was first shared by Milo Yiannopoulos, sometimes spokesperson for Kanye West, who shared it on X. “Our customers intend to file a complaint against you for medical fault, professional negligence and other criminal and contractual violations linked to your YE treatment”, can be read in the Missive.
-According to the document, Dr. Connelly began to treat YE at the beginning of 2024 by carrying out various dental procedures and providing it with nitrogen oxide (or nitrous oxide, more commonly called hilarious gas) in “quantities and frequencies which had no legitimate dental or medical justification”.
Nitrogen oxide (n 20), often diverted for festive uses, has punctual euphoric effects but causes complications, sometimes irreversible, to nervous and heart systems, as well as fertility disorders. The text claims that the dentist then provided hilarious gas to Kanye West for “purely recreational use” and told the rapper how to self-administer it.
Dr. Connelly is described as a dealer. He is accused of having taken advantage of Kanye West’s vulnerability state to invoice him $ 50,000 a month for the “continuous supply” of nitrogen oxide and related services.
Kanye West has made the headlines in recent months for his misogynist, far -right and anti -Semitic tirades published on social networks. However, the 47 -year -old musician and businessman had already illustrated himself by such remarks in the past, which had made him lose his juicy contract with Adidas. Kanye West also said he was diagnosed with bipolar at 39 years old and had developed this theme in his 2018 album,Yewhose cover indicated: “I hate being bipolar, it’s great”.
