-The family of Aboubakar Cissé was to be received Monday by Bruno Retailleau, Minister of the Interior. But his lawyer, Me Yassine Bouzrou, advised the reverse this Saturday. According to him, this meeting is not a good idea.
“I do not see how my clients can accept such a meeting. The minister lacked respect in Aboubakar. He reduced it to his administrative situation”he explains. The minister said that he had trouble finding the family because the young man was in an irregular situation. For Me Bouzrou, these words are “Binding” et “Off subject”. He believes that the state has delayed reacting.
As a reminder, Aboubakar Cissé, 29, was killed with stabs while praying in a mosque in the Grand-Combe, in the Gard. His family is convinced that this is a terrorist act. She wants to file a complaint to request a new investigation. The objective is that justice recognizes an ideological mobile.
The lawyer also accuses the Ministry of Justice of influencing the investigation. “The prosecutor does not have their hands free”he said. “It is subject to political pressure.” He also cites the declarations of Gérald Darmanin, sometimes judged “Clivantes”to explain this tense context. For the Aboubakar family, the pain remains lively.
