The course of gold continues to break records. It increased by 40 % in one year. A value that is refuge. The Once d’Or is now worth more than $ 3,300.
When gold reaches records, many customers bring back their treasure. In a purchasing shop, this is the case for a retiree. “I would like to resell a ingot that I bought you two and a half years ago”he announced. Since its investment, the price of gold has soared. In two years, he has made a profit of 20,000 euros. “Maybe I should have bought two ingots”he regretted. Like him, investors flock to the flight of courses. And the profiles are more and more diversified. “Young people today are more aware of the increase in gold prices. And many more young people invest in gold with us”explained Julie Boizot, agency manager at the National Comptoir de l’Or.
Gold has become a very profitable placement. In five years, its course has almost doubled. Consequence: the Louis d’Or reaches 570 euros for 5.8 g of gold. A Lingotin (100 g) reaches 10,000 euros and it takes more than 90,000 euros for a ingot (1 kg).
