Vinci opens its capital to employees of its Moroccan subsidiaries, under the aegis of the AMMC

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) has granted its visa, dated May 2, to the preliminary prospectus relating to a capital increase operation and/or transfer of shares of the VINCI company, exclusively reserved for employees of the group working on Moroccan territory.

This device relates to the issue and/or the transfer of a maximum of 8,848,427 shares. The entities concerned in Morocco include Freyssima Maroc, Cegelec Maroc, Dumez Maroc, Sogea Maroc, Solsif Maroc, Exprom Facilities, Vigiprom and Sixense Maroc.

The final subscription price will be established on May 23, 2025.

The preliminary document is enriched with the following parts: Key information documents for the FCPE “Castor International” and “Castor International Relais 2025”, accompanied by their regulations; The PEGAI regulations of the Vinci group, in its version, stopped on January 31, 2025; As well as the universal recording document 2024 from Vinci, deposited with the AMF on February 28, 2025 under number D.25-0064.
