* Airbus Air.PA – The European aircraft manufacturer reported on Wednesday of a profit before interest and adjusted taxes greater than expectations for the first quarter and confirmed its objectives for 2025, while stressing that it was too early to measure the impact of customs duties.
The direction of the European aircraft manufacturer also called upon the return of an agreement dating from 1979 between more than 30 countries which provided exemptions from customs law for civil aviation, until the recent trade war launched by US President Donald Trump.
LVMH LVMH.PA – Moët Hennessy will reduce its workforce by more than 10%, the new leaders of the LVMH Wines and Spirits of LVMH to face a slowdown in the luxury market, the Financial Times reported on Thursday.
* Automotive sector – New car registrations in France decreased in April by 5.64% at an annual rate, according to data communicated Thursday by the automotive platform (PFA) which show a new fall for Tesla.

Stla.Mi, which includes the Peugeot, Citroën, DS and Opel brands, fell 12.27% last month compared to a year earlier.
The Renault Renault Group (Brands Renault, Dacia and Alpine) saw its registrations in France increase by 2.13% at an annual rate in April.
-* Vivendi Viv.pa declared on Wednesday its intention to appeal to the cassation against the judgment of the Paris Court of Appeal as for the split of the group.
* TF1 TFFP.PA reported on a turnover on Wednesday up to 1.6% over a year in the first quarter, to 520 million euros, below the expectations of analysts who tabled on 523 million euros, according to a consensus provided by the group.
* TP (Teleperformance) Teprf.pa reported on a 1.6% increase in its turnover with comparable data on Wednesday, the group citing the good dynamics of its “Core Services” activities.
* HSBC HSBA.L announced on Thursday the departure of its president Mark Tucker would retire by the end of the year, after spending almost eight years at the head of the largest bank in Europe.
* Mercedes-Benz Mbgn.de plans to start producing a new vehicle in its Tuscaloosa factory, in the state of Alabama, in 2027, the automaker said on Thursday, the last to date from a series of investments announced by several groups in the sector following the announcements of customs duties by the American president Donald Trump.
* BBVA BBVA.MC, SABADELL SABE.MC – The Spanish competition authority gave its green light Wednesday evening to the Banco SABADEL SABE.MC acquisition project by its compatriot BBVA BBVA.MC, even if the resulting group will have to accept several corrective measures in its retail banking branch if the hostile purchase offer crosses the remaining obstacles.

* Linde Lin.de anticipated an adjusted benefit for the second quarter below the expectations of analysts on Thursday, citing macroeconomic winds and low demand on European markets.
* London Stock Exchange LSEG.L announced a higher profit on Thursday than expected for the first quarter, thanks to the strong growth of its market division and the good performance of its other activities.
* Lloyds Banking Group Lloy.L published a profit down 7% in the first quarter, struck by an increase in costs and depreciation, and has formed a provision of 100 million pounds ($ 133 million) for the impact of customs duties imposed by President Donald Trump.
* Persimmon PSN.L – The British house manufacturer
