The real estate market linked to car manufacturers is expanding. Aston Martin and Porsche both have skyscrapers in Miami, soon followed by Bentley, Mercedes-Benz and Pagani. Bugatti, on the other hand, is currently building a huge 171 floors tower in Dubai. And soon Brabus will not only have a skyscraper, but an entire island.
Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, in the Al SEEF district, Brabus Island seems to be an ideal resort for your favorite super-viola. The first images show a huge real estate complex of more than 100,000 square meters, located a few minutes from Zayed International Airport and downtown Abu Dhabi, and less than an hour from Dubai.

The rendering show four imposing skyscrapers near the center of the island, which will house town houses and apartments. Each round will include up to 350 luxury apartments and town houses, ranging from two to four bedrooms, and an area of 100 to 460 square meters.
The towers are supposed to evoke the “unique design philosophy” of Brabus, even if they look like any modern skyscraper, with some brabus logos scattered here and there. They are surrounded by 100 individual “villas”, all located by the sea or by the beach.
The residential properties opt for a minimalist approach, with three attractive colors of your choice: Black and Bold, White Bliss and Gray Haven. Brabus specifies that the interior can be personalized using different materials and textures, as for its “tailor -made” supercars.

Brabus did not specify when the construction begins or how much each residence would cost.
