The Nigerian government has reaffirmed its commitment to accelerate the implementation of the results of the Beijing 2024 summit of the forum on Sino-African cooperation (FCSA), emphasizing its intention to mobilize this partnership for sustainable development.

Abuja, April 10 (Xinhua)-The Nigerian government has reaffirmed its commitment to accelerate the implementation of the results of the Beijing 2024 summit of the Sino-African Cooperation Forum (FCSA), highlighting its intention to mobilize this partnership for sustainable development.

Janet Olisa, director of the regional department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, made this declaration during an inaugural session of a high -level inter -ministerial committee on Wednesday in Abuja, capital of the country.

This committee was responsible for translating the various memorandum of understanding signed during the FCSA and the state visit of President Bola Tinubu in China in concrete development projects that will benefit to the country, said Ms. Olisa.

She stressed that this implementation would focus on the progress of Nigeria’s priorities in sectors of critical importance such as agriculture, digital economy and infrastructure development.

Participants in this meeting stressed the importance of promoting job creation, stimulating economics and improving the living conditions of Nigerians thanks to strategic partnership agreements with China.
