During the night of Saturday to Sunday, a Russian drone attack on Kyiv made at least eleven injured and triggered fires in several residential buildings, according to state emergency services (SES).
Timur Tkachenko, head of military administration of the Ukrainian capital, said the fires had been caused by the fall in drone debris in the Obolonsky and Svyatoshinsky districts of the capital.
He added that debris from rallies had set fire to a number of cars scattered in the city.
Vitaly Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, said via his Telegram channel that rescue teams had gone to the Svyatoshinsky district to provide help and contain the situation.
-Witnesses reported having heard a series of explosions, which seem to have been caused by air defense systems intercepting drones.
For its part, the military intelligence agency said on Saturday that Ukraine had managed to shoot down a Russian fighter plane Su-30 With a missile launched from a drone boat.
