A fire ravaged in a Laval residence during The night of May 2 to 3, causing damage of $ 250,000 to the building.
The call to 911 took place at 4:10 am for a fire at 441, rue Desjardins, in Sainte-Dorothée. The Laval Fire Safety Service (SSIL) arrived at the scene three minutes later.
A total of 30 firefighters and 8 units were called in reinforcement.
The flames were already visible through a window before the arrival of the first unit. The firefighters found that the fire was raging in the kitchen and that the spread had already reached the bare.
